Invoicing in six currencies
Raise, send and chase in GBP, USD, EUR, PKR, INR or AED, with realised gain or loss posted automatically on settlement.
Cledgerbooks is accounting software with one source of truth underneath it. Invoice in six currencies, code the bank in a single pass, and close the month without reconciling your own reports first.
No card required · Full ledger export on exit · Cancel any time
No sub-ledgers to sync, no report that disagrees with the screen you were just on.
Raise, send and chase in GBP, USD, EUR, PKR, INR or AED, with realised gain or loss posted automatically on settlement.
Upload a CSV or paste the lines. Write a rule once and the same supplier codes itself every month after.
Trial balance, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow, all computed live. Nothing stored twice.
Raise a PO, convert it to a bill, approve it out of draft, and settle a screenful of due bills in one payment run.
Period return figures built from posted transactions, with the net and tax behind every rate. You do the filing.
Four roles, enforced on the server rather than hidden in the interface. A correction posts a reversal instead of editing history.

Sole traders and small businesses keeping their own books.
Businesses with stock, staff and a VAT return to prepare.
Bookkeepers and accountants running many sets of books.
The practice workspace lists each organisation with its unreconciled count, overdue balance and last close date — so you know where the week goes before you open anything.
Yes. Every organisation has a base currency, and invoices, bills and bank accounts can each be held in a different one of the six supported: GBP, USD, EUR, PKR, INR and AED. Realised gains and losses on settlement post automatically to the ledger.
By CSV upload or by pasting the lines straight off your bank's screen — the columns are detected and shown as an editable preview first. There is no live open-banking feed yet, so somebody has to bring the file. Once it is in, rules, bulk coding and a proposed match on every line do the rest.
Yes, at no extra cost on any plan. Access is granted per organisation with a role attached, so you can give them full adviser access or read-only — and withdraw it later without touching the books.
You can export the full ledger, contacts, invoices and attachments as CSV and PDF at any time, including after you cancel. Nothing is held back.
No. Onboarding, data import from your previous system and the first chart-of-accounts review are included on every plan.
